How to Measure:

• Belt: Wrap a tape measure around your hips (or waist) where the harness will sit. Add 3–4 inches for flexibility.

• Leg Straps: From the front center of your belt, loop the tape measure under your chosen leg and back up to the front. Subtract 15 inches from the total for strap fit.

• Penis Girth: Measure around the base of an erect penis to determine fit for the second opening.
